- The Malaysian Integrated Business College (wholly owned by Malaysian Institute of Baking Sdn Bhd) (hereinafter referred to as”MIB”) agrees to furnish the student during the course of study. MIB reserves the right to revise the content or length of the course of study if it deems any such revision to be necessary or advisable.
- In consideration of such course of study and related services, student agrees to pay the full fees as stipulated in the “payment & refund policy”
- The student agrees to comply with the policies, rules and regulations of MIB, and the student understands that his or her failure to comply with the policies, rules and regulations, MIB will be entitled the school to terminate this agreement with no prior notice to the student. In the event of such termination, no refund will be given.
- It is understood that this agreement sets forth the entire Agreement between the parties and that MIB makes no representations or warranties other than those expressed in this Agreement.
- This enrolment agreement shall not be altered or amended except by written agreement signed by both parties.
- A student who wishes to cancel this Agreement shall write in a letter of intent to withdraw. Please refer the “payment & refund policy” on the fee refund policy.
- MIB reserves the right to expel any student for nonpayment of agreed fees for conduct reflecting discredit on the professional and ethical standards, or failure to maintain a passing grade average.
- No delay on the part of MIB in taking action under this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any of its rights.
- Upon the satisfactory completion and passing of the entire course of study, and upon payment of all tuition and examination fees and obligation due from the student, the student will be awarded the relevant diploma.
- Students intending to apply for loan under the PTPTN scheme or any other schemes/loans must pay the first semester fees in full before or on the date of commencement of the first semester, provided the following is expressly agreed:
- Students applying for loan under the PTPTN scheme or any other schemes/loans must have a minimum of three (3) credits in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- All terms and conditions under the PTPTN scheme or any other schemes/loans applies respectively.
- The balance fees, after having deducted the loan amount approved by PTPTN, to be paid in a sum equally distributed for the remaining semesters.
- Upon graduation the graduating student must collect the diploma certificate within 3 months from the date of graduation, after which MIB will not be held responsible for any uncollected certificates.
- I agree to abide by MIB’s professional code of conduct, rules, regulations and policies at all time. I hereby agree to give consent to MIB to release my academic reports/results and attendance report to my parents / guardian / sponsors part of MIB’s policies.
- I hereby give permission to MIB for the use of photographs, images and videos in publicity and promotional material and to release relevant information to University Partners, Career Centre, Alumni or any Government bodies or agencies as required.
- By providing my personal data I consent to receiving information on courses, programmes and event that may benefit me.
- Declaration: I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, the information given in this form is correct and complete. I have read the instructions, in particular those relating to this section. I understand what they say, and I agree to abide by the conditions set out there, which I accept as conditions of this application.
